Fello Communities is building a 5,500+-square-foot mansion-style home into The Laura House, a new development that will feature 7 two-bedroom apartment units. Located on August Street in downtown Easton, MD, this property will offer modern, comfortable living spaces while preserving the historic charm of the neighborhood. Easton Crossing
Fello Communities is leading the development of Easton Crossing at the historic Perdue agricultural site in Easton, MD. Fello Communities developed Primrose House in Easton’s Historic District. This project involved the demolition and rebuilding of two outbuildings, creating three modern, high-quality units. WB&A East
Fello Communities is developing WB&A East, a new duplex in partnership with Arundel Community Development Services (ACDS), with construction anticipated to begin in Fall 2025. The project will include two 2-bedroom units, one of which will be fully accessible and thoughtfully designed for people with disabilities. Both units will be affordable, serving households earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI). WB&A East is part of Fello Communities’ ongoing commitment to creating inclusive, high-quality housing options that are accessible and affordable for all.
