Who We Are
Home Who We Are
We believe access to inclusive, quality, and safe housing isn’t a luxury—it’s a right.
At Fello Communities, we develop and manage housing that’s built for belonging. Through community development and rental housing, we create inclusive, affordable, and accessible homes where people of all backgrounds and abilities can choose how and where they live.
Founded in 2007, Fello Communities was created to offer people more options and better opportunities when it comes to housing. Our work bridges community development and long-term property management to create homes—and communities—that last.
Community begins with home.
Everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, welcomed, and proud to live. Our communities are vibrant because they reflect the people who shape them—neighbors supporting neighbors, living side by side. For us, housing isn’t just a place to live—it’s the foundation for a life of connection, dignity, and opportunity.
Development With Purpose
At Fello Communities, we take a comprehensive approach to community development. From the ground up, we design and build vibrant spaces that seamlessly integrate affordable housing, mixed-use elements, and beautiful public spaces. Our developments are rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to opportunity. Our projects support a future where people with and without disabilities live side by side in communities that reflect the full diversity of our state.
Our development strategy includes:
- Scattered-site and small-scale projects that blend into existing neighborhoods
- Mixed-income communities that bring together residents from a range of backgrounds
- Purpose-built, accessible housing that supports people with disabilities
- Green, resilient construction with long-term sustainability in mind
Thoughtful, Long-Term Management
Fello Communities not only builds housing—we manage it too. With a growing portfolio of properties, we ensure that every home we oversee remains safe, modern, beautiful, and supportive of the people who live there. We focus on people-first property management that prioritizes dignity, responsiveness, and the well-being of our residents.
Our management model includes:
- Ongoing maintenance and capital investment to ensure quality and longevity
- Regular assessment of energy efficiency and solar potential across all properties
- Supportive relationships with residents to promote housing stability and community connection
